Big Bang is Still Killing It...

...and they haven't even released their album yet.  Craziness. I told myself yesterday that I was going to relax on the Big Bang posts for a bit because I was starting to feel like a Big Bang fansite, not that that's a bad thing.  THEN... they release something like this: "Bad Boy" teaser- Source:  BIGBANG

EXO Is Always At The Airport: A Fashion Retrospective

It's true.... The members of EXO-K and EXO-M are ALWAYS at the airport.  I'm never sure where they're going or what they're going to be doing when they get there, but I'm forever seeing the pics.  There's often some major fashion moments taking place in these pics; some good, some bad but always notable.  Enjoy: This post is image heavy

So You Were Wondering What EXO's "Wolf" & "Growl" Drama Version MVs Are About? Pt. 1

It has come to my attention that people are confused as hell about EXO 's " Wolf " and " Growl " drama version MVs, and have been since they came out.  Well, it's your lucky day, because I'm here to explain the shit out of them for you, in the way I know best: I'm going to tell you a little story.  Fyi, this will be done in two parts, so bear with me.

[ANNOUNCEMENT] Get Ready For The Oddness/Weirdness SHINee "Hello Baby" Viewing Party!

WARNING:  Watching this show WILL cause you to become a SHINee stan.  Enter at your own risk.

Yesterday, as I was typing out some long ass comment in reply to one of you lovely visitors, I suddenly had this great idea (I think it is anyway):  Why not have a SHINee "Hello Baby" weekly viewing party?

I watched SHINee's "Hello Baby" episodes almost 4 years ago, when I was first forced into liking SHINee (that's a joke, kind of).  I've been considering watching them all over again for awhile now, mostly because this is the show that started my SHINee obsession but also because it was so utterly charming.

Just look at them:

Don't you want to hug them?  They totally give me the warm fuzzies.

The whole point of this is to be able to watch and spazz with a group of like-minded people, which I think could be so much fun.  The comments will be open to everyone, as usual, but there are rules.  Don't boo me yet; they're good ones:

  1. Each episode of SHINee's "Hello Baby" will be posted on Wednesday and Friday of each week, starting August 9th.
  2. The episodes will have English subs since that's the language I'm familiar with, however I can probably find links to other language subs if asked.  Please leave me a comment here to let me know if you'd like a link to each episode in your language included in each post.  I'll see what I can do.
  3. Please try to watch by the following Thursday so that everyone has ample time to spazz over each episode in the comments.
  4. Comment as much or as long as you'd like!  Conversations are encouraged, but be respectful as usual.
  5. If we're still having fun with it by the end I'll hold a #SHINeeHelloBaby blog chat (using the chat box on the left) on September 21st, which is the Saturday after the last episode will be posted.  I might even have some other fun things up my sleeve.
Sound good?  I don't know about you but I'm excited about it!

Who's watching with me?

SHINee Struggles With "Replay" On Music Bank's 700th Anniversary Special

SHINee was on KBS's Music Bank today for the show's 700th Anniversary Special .  The boys performed a special stage of their forever classic " Replay ", along with " Why So Serious? " and if you haven't at least watched the "Replay" stage, you should.  Take a look:

Full Scans + Interview From G-Dragon's Incredible Vogue Korea 17th Anniversary Editorial

Ok I knew that G-Dragon 's editorial for Vogue Korea's 17th Anniversary would be amazing but these kind of exceeded my expectations.  I am in awe of the depth and clarity of Hong Jang Hyun 's photographs and of the stylist's vision.  The makeup artists did a great job too.  I'm not saying I like them more than I like GD's 2009 Vogue Korea editorial but they come pretty close, especially the first photos, which I'm calling "G-Dragon in high fashion grunge Rivendell" (where the elves lived in Lord of the Rings ?  No?  Alright, I'll admit I'm kind of a nerd).  Scroll down for scans of all 32 images and the full interview translation.  You're welcome!
