Big Bang is Still Killing It...

...and they haven't even released their album yet.  Craziness. I told myself yesterday that I was going to relax on the Big Bang posts for a bit because I was starting to feel like a Big Bang fansite, not that that's a bad thing.  THEN... they release something like this: "Bad Boy" teaser- Source:  BIGBANG

EXO Is Always At The Airport: A Fashion Retrospective

It's true.... The members of EXO-K and EXO-M are ALWAYS at the airport.  I'm never sure where they're going or what they're going to be doing when they get there, but I'm forever seeing the pics.  There's often some major fashion moments taking place in these pics; some good, some bad but always notable.  Enjoy: This post is image heavy

So You Were Wondering What EXO's "Wolf" & "Growl" Drama Version MVs Are About? Pt. 1

It has come to my attention that people are confused as hell about EXO 's " Wolf " and " Growl " drama version MVs, and have been since they came out.  Well, it's your lucky day, because I'm here to explain the shit out of them for you, in the way I know best: I'm going to tell you a little story.  Fyi, this will be done in two parts, so bear with me.

Check Out Big Bang's Performances & Fashion at the 22nd Seoul Music Awards

On January 31st, the boys of Big Bang were on hand at the 22nd Seoul Music Awards to perform and accept due praise for all their tons of accomplishments last year.  I've got some videos for you and quite a few pics, plus I'll be discussing their fashion.
Read on:

Take a look at their rather lackluster performances of "Bad Boy" and "Fantastic Baby" below:

They must be super tired after their final Alive tour concerts.

Big Bang, along with Super Junior, Epik High, f(x), 2NE1, Huh Gak, SHINee, miss A, Psy, SISTAR, Lee Seung Gi and SECRET, won the Bongsang award.  Bonsang award winners are chosen through voting (20%), digital/album sales (50%), research (10%), and panel judgement (20%).

GD then won Record of the Year for "One of a Kind".  Here he is accepting the award, with Big Bang cheering him on:

Wouldn't you know it?  I've been waiting for Big Bang or G-Dragon to wear pieces from Thom Browne's spring/summer 2013 menswear line since GD's "Crayon" mv.  I knew it would only be a matter of time and they did not disappoint.

Of course GD ended up taking the best outfit for himself, or maybe it's just that this is more his style than theirs.  He ended up looking incredible while everyone else kind of just looked uncomfortable.

Here's the only problem I had with these outfits.  I hate when Taeyang wears baggy pants.  He's so tiny and they just make him look like a squat troll.  I'm sorry, but they do plus that hair needs to go.  Someone make it stop!

  1. LOL! Squat troll. I have been looking for the perfect way to describe the weirdness of an idol looking wider and shorter because of a poorly put together outfit. Thank you for the words.

  3. I loved GD's and hated T.O.P's. But odd, I found their performance of Bad Boy to be really good, especially Taeyang.

SHINee Struggles With "Replay" On Music Bank's 700th Anniversary Special

SHINee was on KBS's Music Bank today for the show's 700th Anniversary Special .  The boys performed a special stage of their forever classic " Replay ", along with " Why So Serious? " and if you haven't at least watched the "Replay" stage, you should.  Take a look:

Full Scans + Interview From G-Dragon's Incredible Vogue Korea 17th Anniversary Editorial

Ok I knew that G-Dragon 's editorial for Vogue Korea's 17th Anniversary would be amazing but these kind of exceeded my expectations.  I am in awe of the depth and clarity of Hong Jang Hyun 's photographs and of the stylist's vision.  The makeup artists did a great job too.  I'm not saying I like them more than I like GD's 2009 Vogue Korea editorial but they come pretty close, especially the first photos, which I'm calling "G-Dragon in high fashion grunge Rivendell" (where the elves lived in Lord of the Rings ?  No?  Alright, I'll admit I'm kind of a nerd).  Scroll down for scans of all 32 images and the full interview translation.  You're welcome!
