...and they haven't even released their album yet. Craziness. I told myself yesterday that I was going to relax on the Big Bang posts for a bit because I was starting to feel like a Big Bang fansite, not that that's a bad thing. THEN... they release something like this: "Bad Boy" teaser- Source: BIGBANG
It's true.... The members of EXO-K and EXO-M are ALWAYS at the airport. I'm never sure where they're going or what they're going to be doing when they get there, but I'm forever seeing the pics. There's often some major fashion moments taking place in these pics; some good, some bad but always notable. Enjoy: This post is image heavy
It has come to my attention that people are confused as hell about EXO 's " Wolf " and " Growl " drama version MVs, and have been since they came out. Well, it's your lucky day, because I'm here to explain the shit out of them for you, in the way I know best: I'm going to tell you a little story. Fyi, this will be done in two parts, so bear with me.
2NE1 released the official mv for "I Love You" today and I was blown away by it's beautiful imagery. To me they look like high end designer dolls in a soft focus urban fantasy movie. Yes that's a good thing.
Make sure to watch 2NE1's "I Love You" in full screen HD to really appreciate the cinematography.
Like I mentioned a few days ago, this song has become my new summer jam and I found this video to be gorgeous to look at. In my opinion there's not much I could possibly critique, except maybe that watching baby-faced, 18 year old Minzy dance extra sexily was a tad awkward for me.
One thing that did bother me was Park Bom's face. Girl, please stop getting face lifts... you're on La Toya Jackson avenue and you'll be headed down Michael Jackson boulevard if you don't give it a rest soon.
I'll add that I also really liked the fashion in this mv. Everything was flaw free, from the way every outfit was put together to their makeup. CL definitely knows how to rock some Christian Louboutins and I'm guessing that I saw quite a bit of Versace going on in there. Normally I am not a fan of Versace but these outfits were well put together. Edited to add: The outfits are Roberto Cavalli.
The last thing I'll mention is that I love that they're letting Dara be a grown up. She looks sophisticated and beautiful and I really like her hairstyle; she definitely wears it well.
You mentioned the Creepers. I know it sounds a bit naff but I get most of my unusual bits through ebay. Here's link to some shoes you may like from ebay.com. They aren't that expensive but that suits me because I tend to wear my gear for a bit and then want something new. Then I resell it all on ebay. :D

SHINee was on KBS's Music Bank today for the show's 700th Anniversary Special . The boys performed a special stage of their forever classic " Replay ", along with " Why So Serious? " and if you haven't at least watched the "Replay" stage, you should. Take a look:
Ok I knew that G-Dragon 's editorial for Vogue Korea's 17th Anniversary would be amazing but these kind of exceeded my expectations. I am in awe of the depth and clarity of Hong Jang Hyun 's photographs and of the stylist's vision. The makeup artists did a great job too. I'm not saying I like them more than I like GD's 2009 Vogue Korea editorial but they come pretty close, especially the first photos, which I'm calling "G-Dragon in high fashion grunge Rivendell" (where the elves lived in Lord of the Rings ? No? Alright, I'll admit I'm kind of a nerd). Scroll down for scans of all 32 images and the full interview translation. You're welcome!
All I noticed was the girl with the facelift! Why?? Okay I can understand older pop stars doing it but at that age? Wow, that's so sad.
ReplyDeleteI'm sad to say the song doesn't work for me.
Oh btw there's a new post up on my blog showing my brothel creepers. They aren't that exciting but better than nothing. :D
