Oddness/Weirdness

We're back with another Top 10, and by "we" I mean Stormy and myself.  This time we're talking about the top 10 videos of 2012 and as mentioned in the title, it's strictly for the visuals.  We won't be bringing you our thoughts on the bestest Kpop songs of the year, as we already did that, or even the best songs/videos.  This post is just about the videos released in 2012 that wowed  us visually. Yes, some of the songs on this list are the same as on our Top 10 songs list but that's because it just so happens that, in our opinions, both the song and the mv are perfection. The end of the year is here and we all know what that means in Kpop land. That's right... the Gayo Daejuns ! Kpop fans know these shows can either be awesome or tiresome or even a mixture of both. I assure you it was the same this year but there were some performance and special stage gems to squee over sprinkled throughout all the shows. Let's watch and critique shall we? Alright guys so I've been busy getting ready for  Hurricane Sandy , so I did not get to do any blogging yesterday.  Hopefully the storm won't be as big as predicted and I'm hoping that we don't lose power anytime this week.  If we do, I'll be back as soon as I can with more posts and I'll definitely be around on Twitter if you want to come say hi. Today's the last day of Guest Blogger Week on the blog and we started with a bang, so we're going out with a bang.  I'm bringing you a very strongly worded post from Line (aka Nani ) of Nancakes.org .  She's from Denmark but currently living in Seoul, South Korea (jealous!) and I met her through this blog because I posted a video of Shinee 's Key at Seoul Fashion Week here last year and she was in it.  How funny is that??  Nani is infamous for her rants about stuff, so I knew when I asked her that we'd be in for it. :)  She also blogs and vlogs about makeup and Kpop, amongst other things.  Just remember, if you don't like curse words, or are easily offended, don't read on.  Enjoy! The new "trend" in Kpop right now seems to be skateboards and I'm seeing them all over the place.  I think it kinda started when Big Bang's Taeyang was seen at the airport on a skateboard .  There's been numerous sightings of him and G-Dragon on skateboards since then: Taeyang tweeted this pic on July 12  GD tweeted this pic on August 17

Really feeling this song right now.  Great video too.  When this song first came out I never even paid attention to it.  After B.A.P. went so hard with their debut, I had to go back and check out their previous side projects.  I'm glad I did!
