I'm not usually into cutesy but this is INFINITE so I'll make an exception for them, since they're so good at what they do.
This mv is mediocre. In my opinion it's far from their best mv or song, but I'm sure it'll grow on me. I already like the chorus quite a bit; it's got that unique INFINITE-esque feel to it and is very true to their style without sounding exactly the same as their past songs.
I would have liked to have seen an actual love interest that they could play off of in the mv. Instead it ends up looking like the boys are into each other, which is probably not quite what Woolliment was intending. But hey... you never know.
This mv and song actually remind me of another one:
INFINITE's "Nothing's Over" mv has this one beat by a mile, but I'm willing to wait to see what I'm really interested in, which is the choreography.
You don't get to see very much of it here, just their signature hands-in-pockets moves combined with their sweeping arm gestures and quick movements. For some reason their choreographer manages to never make these typical moves look blah or humdrum, even though we've seen many of them many times before. That, my friends, is the hallmark of excellence.
The boys are also extremely good dancers. In fact, I think they're the only ones that could possibly keep up with, or rival, SHINee. Give INFINITE another year or two and they'll really be giving SHINee a run for their money.
You know I like to do a good screencap but this mv wasn't all that easy to do. I had to put this here though:
Sungjong and his feathers.
Topshop leggings $50 here.
Hudson Krista super skinny jean here.
Robbi & Nikki Op-Art jacket
You can also get a similar style here for less.
Black and white graphic prints are going to be huge for spring and summer so this is a great trend to try, whether you're preppy, trendy or anything in between.
How'd you like INFINITE's mv and how will you be wearing the black and white look this spring?
