Big Bang is Still Killing It...

...and they haven't even released their album yet.  Craziness. I told myself yesterday that I was going to relax on the Big Bang posts for a bit because I was starting to feel like a Big Bang fansite, not that that's a bad thing.  THEN... they release something like this: "Bad Boy" teaser- Source:  BIGBANG

EXO Is Always At The Airport: A Fashion Retrospective

It's true.... The members of EXO-K and EXO-M are ALWAYS at the airport.  I'm never sure where they're going or what they're going to be doing when they get there, but I'm forever seeing the pics.  There's often some major fashion moments taking place in these pics; some good, some bad but always notable.  Enjoy: This post is image heavy

So You Were Wondering What EXO's "Wolf" & "Growl" Drama Version MVs Are About? Pt. 1

It has come to my attention that people are confused as hell about EXO 's " Wolf " and " Growl " drama version MVs, and have been since they came out.  Well, it's your lucky day, because I'm here to explain the shit out of them for you, in the way I know best: I'm going to tell you a little story.  Fyi, this will be done in two parts, so bear with me.

Video of the Day: B.A.P. Warrior

So B.A.P., short for Best Absolute Perfect, just debuted and posted their new mv, "Warrior", up on YouTube yesterday.  Can I just say how much I like this song?  What a great way to debut.  Their agency, TS Entertainment, didn't need to make 30248394 teasers (I'm side eyeing another well known entertainment agency that-shall-not be-named as I'm writing this).  Just release a good song with a good video and sit back and reap the benefits.

What I like: The choreography is fierce and they dance it well...love how they threw in some krumping and some step dancing and made it look good.  Do I need to mention again how good this song is??  I think not.  I like the set and their outfits and costumes are appropriately apocalyptic looking.  Edited to add: Also like the bunny head.  Donnie Darko references ftw!

I really like Bang Yong Guk and Zelo's rapping and Yoo YoungJae's singing.  Bang Yong Guk's voice is sexy as hell, don'tcha think?

What I dislike:  Only two things... the fact that they all have blonde hair and the way the video is cut seems like it could induce seizures.  It almost gave me a headache last night when I was watching it.

All in all, this video was very well done and props to TSEntertainment and B.A.P.

According to allkpop.com, "The January 27th episode of ‘Music Bank’ will be the first of their debut show lineup; the boys will then move onto MBC's 'Music Core' as well as SBS's 'Inkigayo' for their public music show stages."  That means today for North American viewers.  Can't wait to see it!

What do you guys think??

  1. Love the image, love the dancing, but the song doesn't quite work for me.

Full Scans + Interview From G-Dragon's Incredible Vogue Korea 17th Anniversary Editorial

Ok I knew that G-Dragon 's editorial for Vogue Korea's 17th Anniversary would be amazing but these kind of exceeded my expectations.  I am in awe of the depth and clarity of Hong Jang Hyun 's photographs and of the stylist's vision.  The makeup artists did a great job too.  I'm not saying I like them more than I like GD's 2009 Vogue Korea editorial but they come pretty close, especially the first photos, which I'm calling "G-Dragon in high fashion grunge Rivendell" (where the elves lived in Lord of the Rings ?  No?  Alright, I'll admit I'm kind of a nerd).  Scroll down for scans of all 32 images and the full interview translation.  You're welcome!
